Let’s hope it’s a good one…
Why hello world. Look! It’s been less than a month since my last post!!! I am improving!!!
And playing is my favorite Christmas song “War is Over” by John Lennon. Even though I am completely not feeling the holiday spirit this year.
Anyways, my life definitely got more interesting… when I got myself a baby kitty.

we named her “Schmutzig” which is the German word for “dirty”. It is because her calico colors make her look like a black cat that was smudged with white and orange colors.
For short you may call her “Schmutz”… German for

She and I have been best friends the past few weeks. She loves sitting near me and sleeping on me. when I come home, she comes running up to me “crying” as though she missed me. She is truly a sweet kitten. In fact, as I write this she is nudging up close to me, hoping I’d scratch her chin for her.

Also, Rachel finally bought me my Birthday present… (my birthday is in July)… but I wouldn’t stop asking for Mamma Mia the movie.

Call me lame, but I am in love with this movie. It is almost exactly like the stage version, but with a few songs cut out and a realistic scenery. And who knew that Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried could sing?
(Amanda Seyfried is also in MEAN GIRLS – the girl who can “predict her weather with her boobs”

… also is in VERONICA MARS as Lily – Veronica Mars’s dead best friend)

what a resumé she has. (haha)
And for those who care… here is my favorite part of the movie: (All three of my favorite songs has one of these two women in it…)
Anyways… enough of that. All I can do now is just say.. see the darn movie people. And have an open heart. And watch it as though it were a Broadway musical, not as a film-script originated movie.
Finally… I’ve been hearing a lot of people in Washington whine about being “snowed in”. Well… we have snow here too.. but I definitely don’t feel snowed in per say.

Yes, I was the lucky one who got to shovel all that dumb white stuff. I had to excavate my car out of a pile of it.

our cat was really curious about the snow. She watched me very closely as I was shoveling.

We decided to let her try the snow out.

She didn’t like it. She just might have to stay a house cat.
Anyways we have a real blizzard heading our direction right now…

Yup… that large blue spot is a blizzard… and is right above Sioux Center, Iowa. Woot woot.
Let’s just hope I can get to the airport safely…
I’m going home Monday for Christmas!
Exciting.
Ok… I need to stop my cat from causing destruction, and I need to go to bed.
So this is me telling y’all to have a wonderful weekend!
Luv,
Deeds
