Diane’s World

…many enter, few come out the same

“Sleeping is giving in, so lift those heavy eyelids…”

Quick update: RA Training has been exahausting but very good. The RA staff this year is very easy-going and fun, and I’m enjoying it very much.

Some Highlights:

Walking to Sandy Hallow every night for a bon fire

Bob’s talk on grief where a fourth of the RA’s broke down into tears. (me included)

Having 5 hours of designated alone time with God on our camping trip, where I fell asleep in the sun and got a sunburn. (woops).

Being thrown, fully clothed, into Lake Pahoja by Corey, Nathan DG, and Dave S. (urg)

Having our first East Campus staff conversation (which is co-ed staff) be about tampon commercials.
Sam’s talk about Conflict.
Hanging around the coolest people ever. I’ve grown a large appreciation of this year’s staff.
Words don’t express it at all….
