Diane’s World

…many enter, few come out the same

She never sleeps…

What a week.

Still at Sarah’s apartment. Andrew is away for a business trip so I get to help her mess up…erg… I mean keep up the house.

Pretty much every day is the same. I wake up to my nephew giggling or my sister poking my nose (which, by the way, is the world’s most inefficient way to wake me up. It seems as though I have no sensory nerves there. Oh well).

Eat breakfast, go work out and get buff for two hours, start working on my paper and end up messing around with my nephew or the internet, have dinner, watch a movie, go to bed. I know, what a life.

Anyways, I almost have 3 of my 4 articles written, and I don’t even know where to start with the big 3000 word paper. I have a huge stack of books that are constantly staring at me. Frightening. At least my topic is Art, and art books tend to be over 75% pictures. I can deal with that.

Welp, things have been quite interesting. I got to find out what a diaper looks like when a toddler eats WAY too much watermelon for his own good and doesn’t poop for two days (believe me folks, it ain’t pretty), and Sarah forced me (ok, I volunteered) to watch Ring2 with her.

I don’t know how many of you have seen a scary movie with me, but I have this huge ritual of piling up all the blankets and pillows I can find so I can only see about 5% of the screen - the top right corner. When it gets too scary, I hide the whole tv from sight and watch my pillows instead.

Even after all that, I am scared to death of the tv, bathroom, and little kids after that movie. (watch the movie and you’ll understand).

I hate scary movies. Bleh.

Anways, I hope to have most of my homework done in the next week. I’ve had a car for the past few days (the car I learned to drive on! A 1998 Toyota Corolla - my baby!) that Andrew now owns. And since he’s in Boston, I’ve reclaimed it for a few days (muwahahahaha).

I’m going to a bon-fire tomorrow with my high-school class. It should be exciting.

Anyways, that’s me. I’m glad to hear that people are finding this site.

BTW to answer some popular questions - no, I didn’t draw the stick figures at the top myself, I had some help from explodingdog.com. I seem to be the only person that understands that website.

Oh well, life goes on.

Have a good week!

Diane

i happen to like the stick figures. they look like you, diane, in a weird, quirky sort of way. i am sorry if people cannot appreciate your ecentricities.

By the way, I LOVE YOU MOMMY. STAY WITH ME FOREVER.

Hmm…I seem to remember watching a certain scary movie with you! SAW! Haha, that was great. I might rent the second one sometime soon and make my mom watch it. She hates knives and everything else scary. It will be a great time.
